Shivendra Upadhyay
Co-Founder
With over 18 years of experience in the IT sector, including roles at HCL and Oracle, Shivendra Upadhyay has leveraged his professional expertise to champion a cause close to his heart. As a devoted parent to Krivi, who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Shivendra has dedicated himself to creating a supportive community for children on the spectrum and their families. He is currently focused on developing an Autism Integrated Management System, an application designed to provide essential support and resources for children with special needs and their parents.

With 18 years of experience in the IT sector, working with top companies like Reliance, TCS, Dell EMC, Capgemini, and Accenture, she brings a wealth of technical expertise. With a rich entrepreneurial background, she has been spearheading Twinklezz for the past seven years, driving its mission with passion and dedication. Her commitment to the autism community is unwavering. As an active member of the Lions Club, she tirelessly works on social impact initiatives, leveraging her skills and experience to make a difference. Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience, leadership, and the profound impact one individual can have on creating a more inclusive and supportive society.

Krivi is the heart and soul of everything that Ability Advocacy stands for. He inspires the entire Ability Advocacy team to transform challenges into opportunities for social impact. He is the motivation for the belief that “any obstacle can be turned into a stepping stone.” His influence has led the team to initiate various projects aimed at creating a more inclusive and supportive community for everyone.
